Keja AI Terms and Conditions

By using Keja AI services via WhatsApp or any related platform, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Service Overview

Keja AI is a digital platform that operates primarily through WhatsApp. It connects landlords, tenants, and service providers ("fundis") to enable property management, job matching, communication, and service coordination.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Keja AI. By using the platform, you confirm that you are legally permitted to enter into this agreement.

3. User Roles and Responsibilities

• Landlords: May use the platform to manage rental properties, dispatch fundis, and track rent payments.
• Fundis (Service Providers): May create profiles, accept jobs, and receive ratings from clients.
• Tenants: May use the platform to submit repair requests, communicate with landlords, and confirm job completions.

All users are responsible for ensuring the information they provide is accurate and up to date.

4. Payments and Pricing

Keja AI facilitates but does not directly process payments between users. M-Pesa and other third-party mobile payment systems are used at the user’s own discretion and risk. We are not responsible for any disputes that arise during transactions.

Keja AI charges:

• A 10% commission on all successful job payments made to fundis through the platform.
• A monthly fee of KES 3,000–10,000 for landlords who subscribe to the Keja AI Premium Plan, which includes additional features like tax reports, priority support, and advanced service tools.

5. Data Usage and Privacy

We collect only the data necessary to provide our services (such as phone numbers, names, ID numbers, and service preferences). This data is used for onboarding, job matching, and communication purposes. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties without your consent.

6. Code of Conduct

Users are expected to act with honesty, respect, and professionalism. Abuse, fraud, or any misconduct may lead to suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

Keja AI is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of the platform or failure of a service provider to deliver a task. All users engage with one another at their own risk.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Keja AI after any changes implies your acceptance of the new terms.
